Admission Process at Achievers Group of Colleges

Applying to Achievers Group of Colleges is simple and involves the following steps:

  1. Visit the Preferred Campus: Prospective students are encouraged to visit the campus of their choice. This allows them to explore the campus facilities, get a feel for the learning environment, and interact with the staff to clarify any questions.
  2. Obtain the Prospectus: During the campus visit, students can purchase the college prospectus. This guide contains comprehensive information about available programs, admission criteria, fee structure, and other important details.
  3. Fill Out the Admission Form: The prospectus includes the admission form, which must be filled out carefully with accurate personal information, academic history, and preferred course selection.
  4. Submit Application and Documents: Completed admission forms along with required documents — such as academic certificates, transcripts, photographs, and identification (CNIC/B-Form) — should be submitted to the admissions office.
  5. Application Review: The admission committee will evaluate applications based on academic records, entrance test results (if applicable), and other criteria as outlined by the college.
  6. Admission Offer: Successful applicants will receive an admission offer specifying the course, any conditions, and the deadline for acceptance.
  7. Fee Submission: Candidates must pay the required fees at the college campus within the stipulated time to secure their admission.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Merit-Based Scholarships

Scholarships with fee waivers of up to 100% are offered to deserving students.

Students scoring 70% or above are eligible to apply, in accordance with the college’s scholarship policies.

Tuition Fee Discounts & Exemptions

Teachers’ Children: Children of teachers employed at academic institutions affiliated with Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) and public universities may qualify for tuition fee exemptions.

Sibling Concession: When two or more siblings enroll, only one pays the full fee while the others receive concessions.

Lump Sum Payment Discount: Students who pay their full tuition fee at the time of admission are eligible for a 10% discount.

Hafiz-e-Quran and Madaris Teachers’ Children: Fee concessions are available for students who are Hafiz-e-Quran, or children of Hafiz-e-Quran or teachers at religious seminaries.

Alumni Scholarships: Former students of Achievers Group of Colleges can receive fee concessions in their subsequent courses.

Family Fee Concessions: Once a student joins the Achievers family, they become eligible for ongoing fee concessions across different programs.

Sports Achievers: Students excelling in sports may be granted fee waivers upon submission of valid documentation and passing required assessments.

Children of Government/Forces Personnel: Special fee concessions are provided for children of retired or serving government employees and armed forces personnel, as per college guidelines.

Support for Students with Special Needs

Reserved seats and fee concessions are available to support students with physical disabilities, promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Need-Based Concessions

Students experiencing financial hardship can apply for need-based fee reductions, which will be considered and granted based on a thorough review by the college authorities.

Rules and Regulations for Students and Parents

  1. Students are expected to maintain self-discipline in all aspects of college life, and parents are strongly encouraged to carefully review the college rules and regulations. It is mandatory for every student to comply with these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary actions, including possible expulsion.
  2. In accordance with Board regulations, a minimum of 80% attendance is required for eligibility to appear in Board Examinations.
  3. Scholarships are awarded based on students’ academic performance. Additionally, Encouragement Scholarships are provided to motivate students.
  4. Attendance in all class tests is compulsory. Absence will necessitate appearing in a supplementary test or re-test.
  5. Please note that supplementary tests do not qualify for Encouragement Scholarships or class position rankings.
  6. Long leaves are not permitted for F.Sc and ICS students.
  7. Leave will only be granted for valid reasons or emergencies. A duly completed leave application form, signed by the student, parent(s), and Class In-charge, is required.
  8. Students must adhere strictly to the rules of the Library and Science Laboratories.
  9. Wearing the official college uniform is compulsory for entry into classrooms.
  10. Mobile phones are not allowed on campus. In case of emergency, students may use the college office telephone.
  11. All instructions and notices issued by the Principal and Vice Principal must be followed without exception.
  12. Writing on walls, whiteboards, or damaging college property is strictly prohibited. Students found responsible may be required to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.
  13. Students must avoid touching electrical installations and appliances for their own safety.
  14. For any concerns or inquiries, students should consult their respective Class In-charges.
  15. Participation in any political or disruptive activities on or near the campus is strictly forbidden.
  16. Students must always display their college identity cards while on campus and maintain proper discipline.
  17. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential. The college premises, including classrooms and surroundings, should be kept clean and tidy.
  18. The minimum passing mark in class tests is 40%.
  19. Students and parents are not permitted to file complaints against the management or faculty to any external authority without prior written approval from the Principal.
  20. Missing the Term Test or Pre-Board Examination will make students ineligible for Board admission.
  21. Students should not bring valuables such as tablets, mobile phones, or jewelry to the college. The administration will not be responsible for any loss.
  22. Students aged 18 or above who drive cars, motorcycles, or scooters must have a valid driving license and wear a helmet at all times for their safety.
